Roy hoping for no more injury concerns |
Today was a good day for Roy Hodgson as he received news that all 23 members of his reshaped England squad began training at Wembley for the friendly against Belgium.
Hodgson will be looking to find who has what it takes to replace Frank Lampard and Gareth Barry after losing them earlier this week. Also serious doubts are on Scott Parker to whether or not he will be on his way to the Euros.
Looking ahead to Saturdays final friendly with Belgium, two other doubts, Danny Welbeck (Ankle) and Glen Johnson (toe) were at least able to start training although Roy previously expressed that either man would be fir enough to play Norway last week.
Another minor scare for England was when Arsenal's Theo Walcott stopped during training to have some strapping applied to both feet.
