It’s a nipple on the bottom of a 22 year old woman, i know WTF!

She's had this lesion (an abnormality in the tissue) since she was born, never complained about pain or any discoloration around the nipple area.

Scientists say that this sort of legion is usually found in consistent with the diagnosis of breast tissue.
